Who are we?
We, New Dimension, are a motivated, young, and entrepreneurial team from Italy. Our company prints and sells promotional items and workwear of all kinds.

Strategic goals for the learning environment: The practice company (ÜFA) is a central method of action-oriented teaching and is integrated into the business studies (BWL) curriculum. It also teaches interdisciplinary skills. In the ÜFA, professional, methodological, self-management, and social competencies are developed. Learning and teaching are transformed into a dual feedback loop.
Strategic goals for the company: Our goal is to become a market leader in promotional items and workwear. We aim to establish a distinctive and unique position in the practice company market. Furthermore, we want to foster unity among all employees and ensure good profitability and liquidity. Our goal is to become a well-known and recognized company in the practice company market.
Our annual focus:
PLAN: Achieving the Quality Audit in the 2024/25 school year.
DO: Employees in the “Quality Brand” department assign tasks to the other departments and ensure that documents are submitted on time.
CHECK: Ongoing monitoring of deadlines and the accuracy of the documents to be submitted. In early March, the documents are checked again before the folder with the various documents is submitted.
ACT: After receiving the results, errors are analyzed, and possible suggestions for improvement are developed. If the quality certification is achieved, an internal “Quality Celebration” is held; otherwise, the identified errors are discussed.
Concrete considerations for the planning and implementation of the themes “Sustainability” and “Digitalization”:
We organize projects that generate long-term effects by attending events using public transport.
We save paper by keeping everything digitally and only printing what is necessary. Additionally, we check for errors before printing.
We all work on computers and only use paper for essential purposes.
We also ensure that waste is always separated in our practice company and that we do not produce too much waste.
We are a digital class, which means we also work in all subjects using tablets or laptops.
