We, Frozen Fast Food, are a dedicated, young, and entrepreneurial team from Italy. Our company specializes in printing and selling frozen foods of all kinds, as well as other products.

The ÜFA (Practice Company) is a central method of action-oriented teaching and is integrated into the business administration curriculum. Here, students also develop interdisciplinary skills. In the ÜFA, we teach specialist, methodological, self-competence, and social competencies. Learning and teaching are transformed into a dual feedback loop.
Strategic Goals for the Business:
Our goal is to become the market leader in frozen foods. We aim to carve out a distinctive and unique position in the practice company market. Additionally, we want to foster team cohesion among all employees and ensure good profitability and liquidity. Our ultimate goal is to become a well-known and recognized company in the practice company market.
Annual Focus Areas:
- PLAN: Achieving the Quality Audit in the 2023/2024 school year.
- DO: Employees from the “Quality Brand” department assign various tasks to other departments and ensure the timely submission of documents.
- CHECK: Ongoing monitoring of deadline adherence and the accuracy of the documents to be submitted. In early March, the various documents will be reviewed again before the file is submitted.
- ACT: After receiving the results, errors are analyzed, and potential improvement suggestions are developed. If the Quality Brand is achieved, an internal “Quality Celebration” will be held; otherwise, the errors will be discussed.
Concrete Considerations for Planning and Implementing “Sustainability” and “Digitalization” Themes:
- We organize projects that create long-term effects, such as attending events using public transportation.
- We save paper by storing everything digitally and only printing what is absolutely necessary. Additionally, we check for errors before printing.
- We all work on computers and only use paper when absolutely required.
- We also ensure that waste is always sorted in our practice company and that we don’t produce excessive amounts of waste.
